*Are these prints framed? 

YES!  All prints come printed and framed on a metal floating frame, ready to hang.

*What is a metal floating frame?

A metal floating frame is metal that looks as if the print is printed on glass. Very vibrant. The image is printed on one side and a bracket box is attached to the back side so that you can hang your beautiful print with ease straight out of the box.  In addition to the bracket box there are little silicone "feet" attached to the back of the floating frame so that it is stable as the frame rests on the wall. This gives the effect of a picture floating on the wall. (SEE EXAMPLES HERE.)

*Is shipping and handling included? 

 YES! Shipping and handling is included on ALL US orders. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS directly from Santa Cruz, CA, USA.

Please DO NOT provide a P.O. Box. UPS CAN NOT ship to P.O. Boxes and this will stall your orders progress as the order will have to be placed on a HOLD until a physical address is acquired.

*Is International shipping an option? 

International shipping is coming soon and will start at $10. Please contact me directly with any questions.

*How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 7-14 business days. Generally turn around time is prompt and in the 1st week.

*Will I receive a tracking number?

YES! All orders receive a shipping notification email when your order ships with your tracking number.

*What if I need my prints sooner than 7-14 business days?

Shipping times are estimates. It is recommended to give yourself enough time to receive your order if you are on a tight deadline. You may pay and request expedited shipping by contacting Kristina Long to request this be added to your order. Rates vary based on each order.

*Can I ship my order to multiple address?

This service is not available.

*Can I combine two orders? 

Shipments are not able to be combined, please be sure to place one order with all your goodies in it. If you place two orders, those two orders are not able to be combined.
