Corrective Exercise 

Do you struggle with pain in certain areas when executing certain movements? 

Corrective exercises are a technique used to address and fix movement compensations and imbalances. Through assessment tools we will identify, develop and implement a plan to train your body to move in proper alignment and free you from compensation patterns.
